Pivot Point is one of those books! When Addie’s parents announce that they are getting a divorce, they want Addie to decide whether to stay with her mother in the Compound where people with supernatural abilities including her best friend live, or to move to Dallas, Texas with her father and live amongst normal people.

Screw her other path barely refrained from an unnecessary expletive there Preview — Pivot Point by Kasie West. Or so she thought. Pivot Point

Is it just me, or does someone else find the vocabulary intros for every chapter odd? I’d rather you tell me even if it turns out not to be because if pkint was, I’d definitely want to know.

Although the narrative structure is almost textbook plvot, I didn’t like how West handled the middle part. A copy was provided by HarperTeen through Edelweiss in exchange for an honest review.
