Refresh and try again. I read the first two plays of this collection because I went to a conference where Cherrie Moraga was the keynote speaker she was incredible, by the way. Moraga wrote these plays to voice her own experiences as a Mexican American, a woman, and a lesbian–three identity markers that cut against each other and make it difficult for her to fit comfortably into any preexisting social category.
